Contract Reader AI ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered contract analysis tool that helps users identify potential risks and generate plain-English explanations of contract clauses. The Service is offered as a pay-per-use model.

2. Not Legal Advice

No Attorney-Client Relationship. The Service does not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed. You should consult a qualified attorney for any legal decisions.

No Guarantee of Accuracy. AI analysis may contain errors. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any actions taken based on its output.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using a valid email address or a supported sign-in provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments for analysis credits. Credits never expire. No refunds are provided after a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law. If you experience technical issues preventing credit usage, please contact support.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not: upload illegal content, reverse engineer the Service, use it to compete with us, or submit contracts that you do not have the right to share.

6. Data Privacy

Your contract texts are processed in memory and immediately discarded. We do not store original contract text. Our full data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently erase your analysis history.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
