1. Data We Collect

Account Information: email address, sign-up date.

Usage Data: analysis history (contract type, risk scores, clauses), payment logs (via PayPal, we do not store card details).

Analytics & Advertising Data: page views, interactions, and conversion events collected via cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads).

No Sensitive Data Storage: We never store the full text of your contracts. Contracts are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after analysis.

2. How We Use Data

To provide contract analysis, to improve our AI models (anonymized and aggregated only), to process payments, to send service notifications (e.g., payment receipt).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted subprocessors:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Supabase (database – analysis results only, no contract text)
• DeepSeek (AI processing – contract text is sent but not retained beyond 7 days; used only for analysis)
• PayPal (payment processing)
• Google (sign-in, analytics, and ads conversion measurement)

4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, email privacy@contractreaderai.com. You can also delete your account directly from the Account page, which permanently erases all analysis history.

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained until you delete your account. Analysis results are retained for your convenience; you may delete individual analyses via the History page (feature coming soon).

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data transmission. Contract text is never persisted to disk.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18.
